will there be alot of work still involved in a rwd conversion even with the bellhousing from mantapart.if there isn't i'm getting a quad 4 and going for it.but i'm pretty sure there is a ton

there's way WAY more work involved in a rwd conversion than the average j owner will be willing to do. you're looking at around $13-18k when alls said and done, and thats doing the work by yourself.

oh, and mantapart are a bunch of thieves. do a search for them on here.

god i want to do that so bad.that would definetely be something huge for the j-body commmunity

You wouldn't be the first one with a RWD J-Body.

one of the first to put a RWD Quad/Twin Cam in a J-body...... most do it with V6 or larger engines.....

www.quad4rods.com used to sell the RWD conversion plate you'd need to make a RWD Quad 4 drivetrain.

I don't see a point in doing it to a J-body, but if you have the $$$ to blow... all the power to ya!
