with the 95 cav auto trans, i know usually there is a d with a square around it for overdrive. mine dont have that but i havent seen i on any of the other cavs with autos ive seen. how do i know if my trans is a 3 or 4 speed? vin number? what digit? thanks

Its probably a three speed but you could go drive it and count the gear changes too.


I cant keep anything stock....

if your your car has R N D 2 1 then its a 3 speed. if its R N D 3 2 1 then its a 4 speed
