Well, gears are linear...so all you need is two points of reference of any linear line and with those two points you can find any other point on that line.
Do this:

go 50mph in 5th and record the RPM, next speed up to 70mph and record the RPM (do this somewhere where no speed laws will be broken)
With this info you can say for every 20mph I increase X amount of RPMs, say 1100 for sake of saying. So with this info you can divide your difference of mph by the difference of RPM. This will give you a relationship of (mph per RPM), then all you need to do is multiply the RPM your interested in seeing how fast you'd be traveling at by the (mph per RPM) value you just calculated. ie: I want to know how fast I'd be traveling @ 3500rpm.....3500rpm*(20mph/1100rpm) = 63.6mph

You have a 3.94 gear ratio I believe.

OK, I found that in 5th gear/Getrag....runs 0.025mph/rpm. So at 2500rpm you would be traveling at 2500*.025 = 62.5mph.So at redline (6250rpm) our car could travel @ 156.2mph, physically speaking.
