how is it done? at what rmps should i shift at and down shifting what are the do's and donts of this thanks! plz tell me every thing you can about this thanks!
I don't really have a technique, I just rev like a mother and jam the shifter into the proper gear. The only time you'll grind gears is the 1-2 shift, all the rest should be (almost) as smooth as with a clutch.

are we speaking racing terms or just crusing?
The trans in these cars are setup that you can accelerate casually in 1st gear letting off the clutch, than pull it out of first, push the trans selector toward 2nd gear and she should suck in as the rpms' lower. shouldn't be any grinding either.
Racing wise however, I don't know. i don't do it lol. But i would immagine it'd be the same except probably more gear grinding.

do a search, there have been a few threads fairly recently that explains the dos, donts, and whatnots..

Its called RPM shifting and its Definetly a do not....theres a clutch for a reason, use it.
I wouldn't recomed shifting without the clutch dosn't make you any faster if anything makes you slower. but if you want to all you have to do is just have a little finess take of in first with clutch then accelerate let off pull into nutral and give it a rev up to about 3500 and gently pull shift into gear on decleration rev in should slid right in without any grinding if you do it right have fun blowin you tranny
Its not recommed as it abusive on the transmission internals
