I've got the 3 speed 125c tranny and Its really starting to take a @!#$ on me so i'm wondering how much a good rebuild kit is going to cost me and h ow much a shift kit will cost. I know u won know the exact figures but put me in the ballpark. Also how much do the gears cost to change my axle ratio? thx

I couldn't tell you how much your rebuild would cost, that depends upon the shop you use.

If you call around to you local shops, or even better a high performance/race transmission shop that carries these parts, they could tell you. Typically a rebuild will cost anywhere from $600-$1200. This will depend upon the cost of the parts, whether or not you pull the tranny and take it to them or they pull it, the shop's hourly rate and the number of shop hours it takes to complete.
