i had the driver's side wheel off last weekend and noticed the grease (light blue green) from the driver's side half shaft had squirted it seems all the grease out of the boot. i had the half shaft out and inspected the boot and it looks fine, no cracks, the bands around the boot are intact
no dirt's getting inside, is it possible there's a pinhole leak ?
if so can i just repack the grease and get a new boot? anyone know where to get these in canada?

You could get a boot and disassemble the CV joint.... If you want to spend 2-3 hours doing that.
The best route to take is just replacing the whole halfshaft. Costs about $70-120 US. And about 20-45 minutes to install.
When removing the halfshalft, i think its a 30mm axle nut socket to remove the nut, and a sizable prybar to remove the shaft from the trans. At least thats the way it is on my 03 eco.
Its just much easier and cheaper to buy a new halfshaft and install it than to buy a boot, a bunch of grease, cv boot strap crimpers, and disassemble the whole cv assembly. The joint itself may be bad too, in which case you'd end up buyin a new halfshaft anyhoo.
just my $0.02(US)
