whenever i accelerate hard from the stop there's a lag til about 30-40 km/h. feels like it's struggling to shift into gear. i replaced my tranny fluid not so long ago, can anybody tell me what the problem is??
why are you asking the same question in more than one post?
is it a 2200? cause the fact that its a slow motor might explain the lag

I get the same feeling.......i have a 2.4L motor with an auto in it adn if i jump on in hard it seem like the trans will hold back engines power.....the engine and everything is ok and worked well before i went to boost....but i am going to see if the 5 spd swap im doing helps that at all....
Regular mods only make that worse.
Get larger displacement engine or decrease STR of tc.
