spec or fidanza

my factory clutch is shot and I need to replace my rear main seal..... So, I am going to be purchasing a Spec stage II clutch kit and a flywheel but which of the 2 mentioned flywheels are better? I have heard that they are the same flywheel with a dif. sticker on them, is this true? IF not.... Which flywheel is lighter? Which is better and why (pros and cons of each)?
Where is the best place to get my clutch and flywheel from? Is there anything else that I can or should be replaceing while I am changing out the clutch, flywheel, and rear main seal? Is the Spec stage II a "kit"? Does it come with the clutch, pressure plate, and throw out bearing? Please feel free to add anything else that might be usefull in helping me decide which clutch/ flywheel setup that I should be using and if there is anything else that I will or might need!
