Compiling for the FAQ.... what transmission do you have.... and what fluid do you use?
I have a 00 5 speed (getrag)... I use a full synthetic ATF.
05 getrag - stock
2012 HD VRSCF
2010 Ford Explorer
2006 Ford Ranger
2004 Chevy Cavalier
amsoil-ATF with 2.5oz of limited slip additive.

106,000 miles on stock fluid (as far as i know)
g/fs has the stock fluid also

i tried alot of fluids in my 96 isuzu tranny and it seems to like the GM syncromest(2 quarts) the most. i been using that for a while now.
i have 150k miles on the stock tranny too
isuzu tranny, GM Synchromesh seems to work best for me.
