on my way to work this morning i was downshiftin into 3rd at about 20 mph the clutch pedal was fully depressed so my clutch was disengaged and when i put it in 3rd it grinded just like a missed shift (not that i miss shifts) this isnt the first time this has happend it occurs in first when im at about 5mph everynow and then too.

Not supposed to happen, but unfortunately, it's all too common with these POS 5 speeds GM puts in these cars. Start saving up for a new trans now, so when that one blows, you'll have the money. Trust me. I'm on trans number 5
