Hey does anyone know if a 2.4 automatic has the same mounting points as a 2.4 manual I'm converting and wanted to know if it takes body modification and if it does where should i get the mounting point? can i get it dealer or should i get it at a junkyard?
nope, the 5 speed uses 2 mounts, the auto 1....... but its easy to do the swap......
You need to unbolt the auto bracket, and then weld in 2 new brackets from GM...... do a search, this has been covered many times.
