My tranny in my 02 Z24 feels a little sluggish and i was thinking of buying the interceptor but was wondering if anyone had luck with one of these or is it a load of crap. Any info would help.

They work very well. Direct plug and made for your transmission. Installs in less that 5-10 min. Has a very wide range of adjustability.
