I have a spec stage 3 and love it.. Grabs tight every time. Never any fade no matter how hard im beating on it. My brother has a stage 2 clutchmasters in his accord, I know it's a whole different car, but his performs pretty well too.

I used an Exedy Stage III clutch in my CRX. Pushing a turbo'd H22 making over 350HP, that clutch was strong as all get out. If you can find one for the Cavy, that's a good choice. A lot of guys on our racing team use Centerforce, and I have a Centerforce in my Cavy right now. The Stage II works really well, very streetable. It's got a bit of chatter to it, which I actually find annoying to listen to every day, but that's the price you pay for the clamping power. As long as you don't "ride" it and it'll probably last longer than the rest of the car.

I got the Centerforce CF1. Decent clutch, good grab (and I tow on it as well), little pricy as I had to get the plate and disc seperate (kicking myself later as I found the Stage 2 full clutch for a lot less), no slave cylinder with it through Centerforce, got one through Warner.

All in all, paid $478 for the disc, plate and slave.

Alright, dumb question for you guys with the new clutches. Whats is the difference between a stock clutch, and this Spec 2 and centreforce ones you are mentioning? They all do the same, don't they?

Centerforce CF1 is an OEM style replacement. The stage 2 is a racing-style clutch.

Both have more grab and should have better longevity than an stock clutch.

Can't quote Spec, don't have one.

I haven't had any slippage on mine, but its only been in for 15k miles (July this year) and 5k of that has been towing a jetski trailer as well as my 4x8 util trailer for light (800lbs) lumber loads...

To many people with Centerforce have had problem. Out of all the people with Centerforce i have heard only about 15% have not have problems.
I have SPEC and it is great grabs nice. The pedal will feel stiffer than stock but not that much stiffer. I have a Stage III a Stage II will be fine and have a stock feel but still have enought for up to about 250-275HP

I had a Centerforce DF and it never slip. I had 35 000km on it when I change it. the reason I change it is that I put it on the wrong side and broke the spring in the middle.

I would go with a Centerforce again but I found a SPEC stage 3 for cheaper and they have the throw out bearing with the SPEC.
