I did some searching and this is what I found:

RSM Racing has a Clutch setup: RSM High Friction Clutch Kit

Car Customs sells SPEC Clutches from Stage 1 - 5: List of Clutches

That's pretty much all I could find. I thought I saw an ACT clutch somewhere but no idea where to find it at.

Hope this helps.

didnt know rsm had one.

yeah i knew about the spec clutches.. idk why they have to cost 400 bucks.... the same damn clutch for the 2.2 or the ld9 is almost 100 bucks cheaper. and act clutches for the ld9 are under 300. along with all my friends honda/mitsu clutches.

why does spec have to jack up the price so much for the eco...

Why it's so much? Well that's pretty simple...it's not a high demand product. If there were lots of companies fighting for your money, like for example if you had a civic you could go to any clutch company and buy one and get it for a low price because each company is competing for your dollar. Now being that SPEC is the main company that makes one for our car/motor, they won't drop their price cause they know they can make an extra buck on the limited people who want an upgraded clutch.

I'll keep looking for other companies but mainly looking for the ACT clutch.

well i told them i was nearing 300WHP and they said that would be pushing the stage 3 but the stage 4 would be harsh on the street. so i got a huge decision to make.

Maybe because the throw out bearing for the Ecotecs end up costing more money? Also be careful.. most of the other clutch companies do not include the throw out bearing with it....

hey karo, you deal with spec. what are the ratings on the stage III and IV? how bad is the stage IV on the street?

what clutch are you running on your sunfire? also, what is the difference as far as strength wise between the 4 puck and 6 puck?

spec stage 3 is what I am running in the sunfire.

I will get power ratings sometime tomorrow.

do you have the 4 puck or 6? your putting down a lil over 300whp with nitrous arent you? i would think the spec III should be able to hold almost 350whp.
