I've come across a 96-98 Z24 for a good price. (Winter car). There is a small tranny leak and I haven't looked under the car, but I was just wondering if there were any known issues with leaks, or if anyone has any ideas. I'm thinking bad...........just wanted to know other opinions. Thanks.
leaks arnt a big deal, usually axle seals.
only problem really, is when to much power gets put threw them, with sticky tires, the diff's like to grenade...... there are some fixes for this.......
a 00+ Getrag unit can be swapped in, w/o to much work, and seems to hold up to higher HP.
