i have a white 98 chevy malibu ls and it has the 4t40e and i have noticed when i am at a rolling speed of any level and just lay it down it takes a little bit to (what i suspect) downshift making the power delivery come in about 1-2 seconds after asked for the power
what can i do to make the tranny react faster? should i get the b&m shift plus? would that help at all? im guessing it would since after all its meant to improve line pressure but i want to make sure
i just hate that hesitation
any (reasonable) ideas are welcome
(btw im going to replace the trans fluid and filter in the near future)
yes it will help some either that or the interceptor but the B&M is cheaper
