A little bit of research has showed me that in 93 and 94, 5spd 3.1 engines used the NVG t550 like the quad 4s did. Will this bolt right up to a quad or does it have a different bell housing?

Oh yah, the reason I ask is because 5spd 3.1s are a dime a dozen at the yard I go to and 2.3s are ALL automatics.

The 3.1 NVG will not bolt up to the 2.3 or 2.4, but I think it bolts up to the 2.2's
