Can u put any 4t40e (95-02) trans to a ecotec motor. and are the axles of the ecotec the same length as the 96 2.2's. Cause it has been said the the 2.2L axles are much smaller than the z24.. So if the ecotec isn't the same size, what should i do? Is it not going to run correctly with the wrong size axle? Help!!!
you have to use the 4t40 for the eco tec on the eco tec , no other 4t40 will bolt up
all the 4t40 axles are the same for our cars
