i have an 04 sunfire 4 speed auto that went out and i need a new one or slighty used for cheap! i've found a 2.2L grand am (95) engine and tranny for free from a co-worker... and i was wondering if i can just swap tranny without any problem or swap the whole tranny and engine without any mods.....if not i either need a cheap ecotec tranny or pay the dealership 3600 dollars.
so if ne one has any advice or sites where i can purchase a tranny...or know how to make either one of the swaps simple please reply

and a trans from a 95 will not work with your eco
