I had accidentaly cut the wire to the reverse light switch on my transmission and now I have no reverse lights. what do I need to do to fix this?
it is taped with electrical tape...
Solder the wire and then use shrink wrap.

I cut it when I did my manifold swap...looking back I realize I was probably just in a hurry as it was going to rain and I was losing daylight! I spliced it back together and didn't get a code or anything so I assumed eveything was ok...then my buddy told me I had no reverse lights one night.
