What tranny is in a 2000 2.2 auto?

I'm wanting to buy the automatic interceptor from rk sport, it says that it will only work for the 4T40E tranny, my car is a 2000 2.2 automatic, I dont no if it has the 4T40E, I heard that tranny is only on 2.4's can anyone help me out?

Shifted

Some had the 4T40E, if your shifter selector says "PRND321" then you have the 4 speed
