Okay, I am parting out my GFs 95 Cavalier, it is an OBD 2 vehicle eve though its a 95 now the girl that was going to buy the tranny is backing out because some guy told her it wouldnt work in her 96 2.2.
MY QUESTION, Will a 95 2.2 5 speed work on a 1996?
If it cant why not?

yes, as far as i belive all 95-97 & 2200 3spd/4spd/5spd will all work. (IF ITS ODB2, IT'LL WORK IN A 96, CAUSE 96+ IS ODB2)

carefull though i think they changed from obd1 to obd2 during the production year of 96 b/c my 96 has an obd1
