which cars do the stronger differential come from (i know the come from 90-93 Geo storms and Isuzu impulses) but is it the sohc or dohc motored ones?

What is the best way to make these transmissions as strong as possible in addition to the older differential?

What all do I need to get (part and tool wise) to do the differential swap?
