if the B&M ShiftPlus kit for the 4spd AOD? I know the AutoTrans Interceptor is... but I'm boosting my car hopefully this coming winter... and I don't know about the tranny. What are my options here?

You have a 4 speed if your car says PRN321, if it only has PRN12 then you have a 3 speed. Please stop referring to it as a "3 speed with overdrive". Its a 4 speed. You're really confusing a lot of people here, the two transmissions are incredibly different.

The B&M ShiftPlus is for the 4 speed, and so is the Autotrans Interceptor.

No, the autotrans and the b&m will not work on that transmission. They make valve kits, but they are very expensive and usually have to be installed by a shop.
