Hey guys,
well after reading that post about the fuel injector duty cycle, i'm rethinking the safety/durability of staying with the 310cc injectors on gm reflash with the upgraded 2.6" s/c pulley. Everything seems to be fine with the 2.7" pulley on there now (no WI yet) but havent been able to get any long bursts of acceleration from 1st till limiter yet. (wet roads since christmas).
I know Chris is running a 2.5 now with stock s/c fuel setup. But some guys like Josh F have upgraded to larger 440 cc injectors.
Speedracer, jake, anybody have input/experience with this.

just use a wide band o2 , and make sure the fuel under full boost stays more towards

mm.. was thinking that. Now, who makes a wide 02 without it being big bucks.

Gravana sells the AEM WBO2 for something like $270ish.
^^^ agreed
ive got a innovate i got from karo , chad has the aem
both work great
i wouldnt want to do anything beyond n/a bolt ons with-out having a wideband
they are the only way your going to know whats going on , and give you any chance on saving the motor
egt isnt bad either , but you still have to know what the afr is
hey man... no i have 440cc's in now with the turbo going on...
I ran the 310cc injectors with the 2.6" pulley and alky and was getting up to 10psi i ran a bone stock engine/fuel set up (well GM re-flash and 310cc injectors) the entire time with the s/c'er and the smallest pulley i used was the 2.6"... never tryed my 2.5"
You will be fine with the 310cc injectors with the 2.6" pulley ... and personally i wouldnt go smaller then that... as it is @ 6200 RPM with the 2.6" pulley your supercharger is spinning at some where around 15,500 RPM and Eaton does not suggest spinning it faster then 14,293 RPM or somthing like that... I also found and read as well that these supercharges become very unstable at higher rpm's and i was getting boost spikes up to around 11-12psi with the alcohol injection up around 5800RPM...

blue car (R.I.P) - 240whp @7psi..
silver car - 305whp 315lbs.tq @15psi (91 Octane) or 420whp & 425lbs.TQ @20psi (94 octane+Alcohol Injection)
All dynos run on a Mustang dyno
i would wait till u get that water injection stuff.
It wouldnt be a bad idea to run some bigger injectors. I always wondered if GTP injectors would work in our cars, not sure the size though.
i think brian(spdrcrz) had some ford red tops in his car that were a little bigger then the gm s/c injectors, i would go with them injectors and the 2.6 pulley to be safe.
GTP's are 380's i think.
when i had the 2.7" pulley the leanest my car got was 12.7:1
ive been using a 2.5 now for 3 months with no fule mods.. no problems...
except water injection

ur kit and the one from gravana, are they straight plug and play into existing o2 sensor? or do i hve to weld another bung into the exhaust?
Also, these are complete kits correct? Cause on ebay, they are damn expensive.
