I was just wondering the pros/cons of wrapping the turbo and header.

I've heard many horror stories of the wrap holding in moisture and rusting the parts to pieces. I wouldn't do it, personally, but I have heard that there is a special sealant for the wrap to block moisture. Even so, I wouldn't risk it.
Blown.
Wrap = bad on a daily driver. Imagine what happens after you wrap something that normally dissipates heat as it expands and reacts with the ambient atmosphere.
Something's going to break down!

Lee - if I were you, I'd get it ceramic coated. The solid protection is worth the extra money. Wrap is questionable, which is why I wouldn't use it.
Blown.
id get it coated also
race only or a weekend car , that doesnt get driven excessively , wrap would be ok
