does anyone have flange files, i am going to start working on some manifolds for the j's but i need the files for the cnc machine to cut them out

You're probably going to have to make them yourself. People usually don't want to just give away what they have worked on. It's not to hard to do really, just buy a gasket, and transfer the measurements to something like AutoCAD. I use SolidWorks, and then I just give the solid works file on a floppy disk to the machine shop, and they are able to transfer it to the G-Code needed to cut the flanges for me.

you will be hard pressed to find someone who will allow you to profit off their hard work.
