I have a crush bent 2.5 inch exhaust on a 2200 motor. Will that be too restrive with a turbo?? I would like to end up producing over 200whp when finished.

Crush bent exhaust systems period are bad. There is too much flight risk of it being bent incorrectly and it will obstruct your exhaust flow. If you have a bend that is crushed and at the bend it's 2", that's a big obstruction in your airflow and it WILL cause power loss.
By the way, this would go whether if you have a turbo or if you were naturally aspirated.

Yea... crush bent is the work of the devil and should be avoided at all cost.

even compression bent is better than crush bent.
but mandrel is best.
"Growing old is mandatory. Growing up? Definitely optional."
there really isn't anything wrong with compression bent. there aren't any restrictions. you don't lose any diameter, just the oval as opposed to a complete circle with mandrel. mandrel is overpriced for it's minimal if any gain over compression bends anyways.

Jonathan just buy 3" mandrel bends or 2.5" mandrel bends from summit in tight and loose radii. I can cut them for you at the angles you need with my metal chop saw and weld it up for cheap. But I'm not getting under your car to do so, you'll need to design the angles etc and mark the pipes where they need to get cut - I'm not patient enough to do that work forother people except for a lot of $$$
Crush bent is a waste of your time.
