i was wondering since i had a lot of leftover header wrap if wrapping the intake pipes on the gm s/c would help with the heat soak or hurt it more.....i wouldnt think it would help but still wondering

I don't think it would do anything...

The reason for heatsoak has nothing to do with the air entering the charger, it has to deal with the charger itself getting hot from constanly spinning.

It would only hurt if anything.

the header wrap will void the warrenty on your header

as well it will help keep heat inside the s/c , which is not what you want , you want the heat to be able to escape

even the powder coating helps keep heat inside the s/c

strip the coating off the blower and polish it. that would help it cool off faster. the coating just holds in heat.

see ya!
