Alright everybody, I guess this is in the right place, if not moderator please move it. I have a tubular style exhaust manifold with t3 flange from cavalier connection, before they became j body tuners. Any recommendations on shops that I could send this off to be fixed at? I don't know many welders around here. Once I get it fixed I want to have it thermally protected, again suggestions welcome. Thanks very much

Get in touch with them. I don't see why they wouldn't want to fix it.

Jtuners will fix or replace your manifold. Jtuners does ceramic coated manifolds now, so I would ask them to pay the difference for a brand new ceramic coated turbo manifold.

That is an excellent idea, actually I did email them and they sent me elsewhere. I bought it second hand and it is old. I don't want anyone to get the wrong idea, they were friendly and quick to respond, but it just isn't a service that they offer. Again, seem like great folks to deal with, they gave me a very thorough response, wasn't brushed off at all.

well if you got that second hand they may not warrenty this.. you can email Adam or someone over at j-tuners and they can send it out for repair then jet coat it.

I asked them if they offered repair service and the cost, but they said it was not something they offered. They gave some suggestions, nothing specific, and were sympathetic to my situation. But once again said they do not offer repair service so I am looking for another vendor.

I'm in Hampton Roads VA, A little far from OH, Dan. Thanks though. I wish I could send you a cheeseburger just for offering. JB weld is not my first choice, who knows how desperate I might get though. I might find a local metal shop (not muffler) and see what they can do.
