Can I offer you a suggestive tip for your shipping? Set up an account with UPS. I see you use The UPS Store to ship off all your stuff. I worked at one, I recognize the reciept.
With an account, you can get the labels from the store or directly from UPS, have them packaged and ready to ship, bring them to the UPS Store, sit them on the counter, and UPS bills you monthly. It's a DEFINITE timesaver. Ebay and PayPal even have all that stuf incorporated onto their respective websites.
I'll still never buy a kit from you, but hopefully you get your business running better.
