I just wanted to let everyone know how horrible this company is and what a pathetic business transacation has occured.
I bought the Turbo kit from them and paid for back on Sept 27-05. It was the stage 2 turbo kit for my 04 cavalier.
He said there was 3 packages and only provided 2 tracking numbers. I have recieved both packages with the two tracking numbers he has provided and I still need that 3rd box that Frank says he shipped but won't give me a tracking # for it.
I am missing my intercooler, chargepipes and external wastegate.
I couldn't even use this kit as a stage 1 even if I wanted to. I have tried contacting him many times, he doesn't answer the phone when I call and he never replies to my e-mail anymore either. He says he shipped it but won't provide a tracking number so that tells me he is full of sh*t
I am really upset at this........All that money I spent for what, some useless @!#$ I can't even use because its not even a complete kit!!!!!!!
I don't know what else I can do. Would getting in touch with the local police in his area do any good? I don't want to let him get away with this. If he had indeed shipped the last box that I need then he should have a tracking # for it and he won't give it to me so I don't believe he shipped it. If he would give me the tracking # then I could get in touch with UPS and find out where the package is. Also I have contacted UPS and they say there has only been two packages shipped from Frank to me and there is on record of a 3 box that he said he shipped.
What do you guys think I should do? Any help is appreciated!!!!

Try to get ahold of him throught there. I know the other day he was telling me about accidentaly shipping some parts to someone that didn't order them so MAYBE he needs to have those returned or forwarded to you.
This is just hearsay on my part so try to get him on AIM he WILL have an answer for you

There have been updates on this and supposedly he is almost fully established. If he is already a legal, tax-paying business then I'd suggest taking up a case with the Better Business Bureau. When did you first approach him about the final package?

I approached him beginning of November when I recieved the first 2 packages and after inspecting the contents and realizing that there is some stuff missing I contacted him. Previously to this he said there was 2 packages and gave me the tracking numbers. Then after I got them and there was stuff missing, all of a sudden he said there was a 3rd package and can't find a tracking #
Well like the others said, PM him and ask him what is going on. If he still does not respond then contact the BBB and your credit card company. If need be, contact his local police department and inform them of the problem. But I'm sure this can be resolved, I doubt Frank would want this kind of problem on his record when's he's currently trying to prove himself before the entire JBO community.

Maybe you should be spending this time calling the new business number that he has provided or emailing him regarding your problems. It seems as though you would rather b*tch about his service than put your car together. You bought your kit during the period in which he was trying to get his business practices straightened out. Frank is trying to resolve his issues and take care of his customers. I definetely agree with the statement above, he is trying to make a better name for himself and I highly doubt he is going to screw you.
You can't just go talk sh*t about a fledgling business like that. A good name is a small business's most profitable tool. You cannot even fathom how much damage you did to their business by posting "SCAMMERS---Maximum boost" in this forum. If you want your stuff, put a little more effort into resolving your issues and quit wasting your time making rant posts.

Also, as far as the phone line goes, Sprint called me and told me that the jack needed to be rewired and that they won't be out until the 15th...so the phone lines are down (well, it just rings and rings...that's why no one answers). They will be up the evening of the 15th. Unfortunately, she couldn't get anyone out here sooner.
I've also ordered a debit card terminal and am removing the 2checkout system on the website...

Thanks Frank, finally getting some where after all the e-mail and phone calls and going no where because you wouldn't even respond to me.
It was not held up in canada customs for two months, try 2 weeks and it had nothing to do with me not wanting it, its when it showed up that I wanted to try and get a refund, none the less you know I was going to sell the kit and I can't sell somethign when its not WHOLE.
Back to the customs thing, I wasn't even aware that it was stuck in customs and you know that. Yes me having a baby has complicated the situation, but had nothing to do with customes, didn't even know there was a problem. Its when the stuff did show up that I sent you an e-mail asking for a refund because of the baby situation and having to sell my car so I no longer needed the turbo kit. I had a buyer on the kit but now he doesn't want it anymore because of this @!#$ and not having the whole kit so he went and got one from somewhere else
You mention the internetcooler, what about the charge pipes and external wastegate that I don't have either? Are those things coming with the intercooler?

haha, thought that I mentioned about the contact information. I had tried calling numberous times and phone records to prove it as well as probably 15-20 e-mails trying to contact and resolove this issue so I am not on here bitching for nothing

No. Two packages were shipped to you. One package was the turbocharger, alone, by itself. The other package contained the charge pipes, blow off valve, wastegate, vacuum lines, hardware, silicone couplers and clamps, etc. I don't send empty boxes:

The package was shipped out on October 27th.
So, with this proof, why would I send you more piping?

If you want to make your company look good, the best thing for you to do right now. ANd this will make alot of people think twice about it, send him his intercooler TODAY! He shouldnt have to wait because you messed up. The fact that you waiting for it to come back to you looks really shaddy.
If i was looking to buy a turbo kit and i saw this thread, i would say forget this guy. He to dumb to ship my parts to the right address, then he tells me i have to wait till he gets them back, then sends them to me. Talk about @!#$ty customer service.

Frank, Yes, i got 2 boxes one was turbo alone. The other box does NOT have the charge pipes or external wastegate. I have gone though it all with my mechanic and looked at the pictures of the kit on your site with him as well. There is no charge pipes, external wastegate or intercooler. Now we know what happened with the intercooler but I can assure can even take pictures of the box with all the stuff in it and how it fits and it will clearly show that there was no room for the chargepipes and that there is no external wastegate.
