gauging intrest in stainless turbo manifolds

Hey, I have made a couple of these turbo manifolds for honda engines and I was wondering if anyone on here, 2.2, 2.4, or ecotec who would be intrested in buying these. They are stainless steel, TIG welded. Here is a picture of one.
I would sell these for $195 USD shipped.
I also make ramhorn style manifolds. Which I sell for $400 shipped. Let me know what you guys think, these things are quality and I haven't seen any manifolds like these being sold to j-body owners.

stress cut it and give an optional external wastegate manifold. keep the price down and you will probably sell quite a few. were are you plaining on getting the exhaust flange from?? are you cutting them your self?? got any pics of a ramhorn style??

Yeah its 304ss. I don't have a picture of the ramhorn. Yeah I can put a wastgate on there for $205 shipped. I would love to see some quality manifolds in the j-body community.

No I don't make the flanges, I buy them from a buddy who has a CNC machine.

Any provisions for movement in that manifold? Otherwise, those bolts are gonna be dealing with a lot of side forces. Nice looking manifold, I am more of an individual primary man myself.

Listening ........

I wouldn't mind seeing what a Equal length manifold looks like from you ... in 304 ss....

The flange and manifold are all going to get pretty hot. Expansion in the middle of the manifold where you have 4 exhaust pulses putting their heat into the material causes the middle of the manifold to expand more than the outer two cylinders, which are only seeing 1 pulse.

The middle grows faster and more than the two ends causing the exhaust flange to push sideways against the bolts. That is if the bolt holes are the same dia. as the bolts. In some cases, the bolts will be sheared straight off, but more typcally the falnge will pull away from teh head, leaking exhaust gases.

Two good ways to combat this, enlarge the diameter's of the bolt hole towards the hottest part of the manifold. Or like the stock ECO manifold, split the bolt holes down the center, leaving room for expansion.

Just advice, not trying to bash your stuff, I like it acutally.

How soon could you start making these? I want to get rid of my internal wastegate.

very clean, like lee i would like to see an equal length. Very impressed i think you have good odds on selling some.

Well I would have to order some flanges, could anyone give me a recommendation on which manifold I should make first, as in whatever I could sell the fastest. I could probably have one made within two weeks.

I am trying to get a template over to WierRacing, because I am going to be buying everything else from him.
