i have the same turbo....and i never found the right flange (ive tried three) so I ended up tapping new holes to make a standard t3 flange fit.
NOW i wish I wouldnt have tapped the new holes becuase I think I finally found the flange to fit. I think* its a three bolt AMG style flange which you can find right hur.
clickity click

Thats the one I got !!!
it had to be machined a little .... the flange not the turbo ............... did that .... machined the gasket a little bit... they both fit like a charm!!! no leaks perfect thickness for the bolts to fit on nicely.... everything worked out nice.... I just went to an exhaust shop that had a WEARHOUSE full of flanges, pipes, etc......................

lol thats the same turbo i have, i went to my exhaust shop too, i used a regular header flange that had small slots instead of wholes, we made sure that it was set right, welded it, and i had a downpipe.
