MAXIMUM BOOST

First off, I would like to take a moment to apologize to the J-Body community for the mishap that has taken place over the past few days.

Through my company, I have sold several turbo systems to several different customers and have had no complaints. In fact, a customer even posted up installed pictures of the system just months ago.

I would like to clearly state to everyone that my business is not currently registered as a “business” with the state of Florida, and I think that’s what started to freak everyone out a bit. This is an online business only, and as you may remember, a lot of successful shops on this website were once online only. I do not currently have an occupational license and I know this can frustrate many of you. However, I am not out to scam anyone, nor am I a fraud. All parts that have been ordered from me were delivered as promised.

When I started up Maximum Boost (which was Cavalier Extreme at first), I wanted to focus on customer service. I started the business because there were so many other companies out there that honestly weren’t doing things RIGHT. Every time I would call any performance company, they would answer with the “BILLS AUTO SHED” and never even ask how I was doing. I always wanted to give as much as I could, and I hope I can further that dream. Somewhere, I made a few mistakes, but I’ve corrected that now. I am currently in the process of getting an accountant for my Tax ID and getting my occupational license.

Sure, some parts I order through Ebay because I can get them cheaper there. And yes, we do include SS Auto Chrome turbos with our kits...but guess what? That will change. That will all change. I am in the process of searching through everything that makes everyone mad about our kits:

-Universal Pipes (not test fitted)
-SS Auto Chrome Turbochargers
-No Downpipe

Eventually, everything will be fixed, and I hope I can come back strong with some wonderful products to offer to this community.

Thanks.

this is all that needs to be said on the subject at the moment, any further questions or concerns you have for Frank need to be dealt with on your own time in private (e-mail, aim, PM's, etc). we are trying to help Frank succeed, by offering suggestions to help him improve upon his business and giving him a chance to change. hopefully soon, everything will be worked out and Maximum Boost will be a more welcomed company here on the JBO.
