What cc's lb/min are stock z-24 Injectors?

As the question states, what size are they? I need to pass emissions and my s-afc always throws my P0107 code. W/O the s-afc I run really rich with my 370cc injectors, even with my AFPR set at 25 PSI. I plan on istalling the stock ones to help pass emissions, but if someone nows of another cars injectors that will be a better idea, my ears are open. Also, I will only be running 4-7 PSI when I go for the inspection, just wondering if that will be safe with said^^^^ injectors. BTW this is a 2200 motor.

So if I put some in, and set my AFPR a little lower than stock, it shouldn't throw a rich code, right? Reason I ask is my buddy's cav has 24 lb/hr injectors at stock pressure and hes throws a rich code, and when he starts it it shakes like a MOFO( it's also a 2200).

you need a wideband

I was asking about your friends setup so I could understand why he wanted to do all that work to get a certain fuel pressure.

I am getting my wideband kit with my tax return. However, right now my priority is to get my car legal. I have too large of injectors to run w/ just my accel AFPR & FMU, it throws a rich code. I do have it setup w/ my S-AFC and it doesn't throw a rich code...it does however throw a MAP check code. Either way, it will fail emissions due to the BS of PASS/FAIL OBD-II check. This is why I plan on running the 24 lb Z injectors, since I also don't feel like re-wiring my injector harnesses. Reason for this, my RC injectors have the same harnesses as a few 2.4l i've seen in the junk yard, my 2200 injectors have really small clips. I just don't feel like cutting, re-soldering, heat shrinking, etc... just to rip it all out after the inspection.

The SAFC won't help you much really. Invest in Megasquirt. If you have an FPR already, there is no need to have an SAFC to raise fuel pressure.

Actually, I use the SAFC to help pull fuel out at idle.It does help it since without the SAFC my RC 370cc injectors run like crap at idle. I have a vortech FMU w/ a recal kit to raise pressure. I know I need a better form of fuel delivery, but right now it's what i've got(money permitting...my main goal is getting a house right now). However, it's not to big a deal right now since the car isn't even street legal so don't drive it much, maybe 10 miles a month.

Okay, went to the junkyard, only to find 2.3l motors, no 2.4l's. I did take 2 sets of injectors though. 1 set is off a 2.3l grand am, the other from a beretta. Just wondering if they are the sme cc/min flow rate vs each other,(grand am vs beretta) since they outlet on the injectors is shaped different. Also, what is the flow rate of these injectors. Thanx in advance!!!!!!!!!!

Better sell those injectors. The 2.3 injectors are low impedence and your 2.4 run with high impedence injectors.

2nd, the 2.3 engine had 2 set of injectors. the Lo had the 27lbs injectors and the Ho had the 32lbs injectors.

So you'll need to go back to the junk yard to find 2.4 injectors.

If you have a 2.3 injector that is slim and long, it's not from a 2.3. The 2.3 injectors, either Lo or Ho, are short and bulky.
