Just trying to get an idea what to do in terms of size.
Ive got a 62/68 and I probably going with 2 cold 2 1/4 for hot 10 lbs

Mine runs 2" out of the turbo for like 6", just to get around my fan motor, then it goes 2.25" into the FMIC, out to the TB is 2.5". My exhaust is all 2.5" with hi-flow cat, etc. Being you have an ECO and plan for 10 PSI, im with Shifted, go 2.5" if at all possible, I just set mine up this way cause my FMIC inlet is 2.25" With the larger piping, it will have a little more lag, but not much i wouldn't think.
Failure is not failure if you learn from it
2" from turbo to ic, then 3" from ic to tb.
why did i do it this way? the ic is 2.5 inlet and outlet, the turbo hot side is 2" and the tb is roughly 3"; also i did it this way because i felt like it.
is it efficient? I dont know, but i doubt i'll see a worth wild increase if i switch to something different.
I have 2.5 all the way, I wish I would have done 2 or 2.25 on the hot side though, would have been a lot easier.
O noes!
I'm doing 2.5 hot side, 3" cold side on my setup
I was a retard, and now I'm permanently banned.
2on the hot, 2.5 on the cold
mine just happened to line up nicely like that.
2.5" charge pipes.... 3" downpipe/exhaust.....

silver car - 305whp 315lbs.tq @15psi (91 Octane) or 420whp & 425lbs.TQ @20psi (94 octane+Alcohol Injection)
All dynos run on a Mustang dyno
my brother is running 2" the whole way.
2.5" downpipe and full mandrel exhast.
it spools so incredibly fast.
2.5 all the way around makes me happy
2.5 charge pipes all around. good for several hundred horsepower easy. I would reccomend anyone run 2.5" all around if you're going to do it so you don't have to REDO it when you reach higher HP levels.
As for "small pipes reducing lag", that doesn't really happen. Lag is based on exhaust flow and the size of your turbo. that's about it.
I went from a 3 foot long 2" charge pipe to 2.5" and about 7 feet of charge pipe AND a giant 24"x12"x3" intercooler (tube and fin too) and saw NO additional lag over my previous setup.
yeah I wasnt sure if I should be worrying about sizing it perfectly.
