Turbine map? need some help

I have a really good understanding about a lot of the aspects of a turbocharger, a turbo system, fuel system, etc and all that but I've changed which turbo i plan on using since the engine i'm putting it on is also different.

I'm going to have an Ecotec in my car within the next month to month and half, so I decided to binge a little and get the Disco Potato since I still want a turbo cavalier.

My question is this

the potato is dual ball bearing which means it'll spool faster than you're typical sleeve style turbo. There's two different turbine a/r's available a .64 a/r and an .86 a/r

I can get an .86 a/r easily from kineticmotorsport.com

but i'm a little worried about my selection here.. I can ready compressor maps all day, but i've never seen or learned or heard about a turbine map before.

I know you can usually get away with larger a/r's since the turbo is dual ball bearing but I dont want to have a lot of lag... and on the other hand, i dont want an a/r too small so that the engine spools fast and runs out of power way before redline (6500-7000rpm... my rev limiter is going to go bye bye (megasquirt))

any help with selection, or how to read this map will be appreciated... at this point I think the .86 a/r i could get away with but I want to double check before blowing 1k on a turbo

here it is:

Unless your motor is stroked and HEAVILY worked over, I would do the .64 a/r. That's still a pretty big compressor housing. I'll enjoy looking at the pictures of getting the disco to fit down there. And yes the disco is a Beautiful beautiful turbocharger.

I was a retard, and now I'm permanently banned.
