adjusting the cartech

Ive adjust the base fp, and plan to run 5 psi with 8-1boost and the needle adjustment on the side is rising rate, how do i adjust it, 1 turn is equivilant to what? is the the same as adjusting jets on a carb? i know its a pretty common fmu so Im pretty sure somone can explain this to am idiot lol.

96 Camaro A4 383 12.5:1, E85, Full suspension, Nitrous outlet plate kit, hooker headers and catback, 3800 circle D converter.

2002 Silverado LQ4 6.0 CAI, Long tube headers, 4" exhaust

just turn it uop until your a/f's are good, once then it's set.. turn it to much you go too rich...

All the way out = 1:1, all the way in = 12:1

You can turn the knob 4.75 times from all the way out to all the way in...

12 / 4.75 = 2.53:1 for each turn you do.

Of course, you can only use this as a guess, the diaphram is not a linear scale to the knob turns so it won't be exact, but its a starting point.

so in my case basically start at about 3-3 1/2 turns in for a base then fine tune. thanks
