K im wanting to get a beginner turbo setup and run the 35lbs brown tops. i dont want to buy them off ebay and i went to a local autoparts store and they showed me the injector for the 2300 turbo mustang 88 and it doesnt have a brown top it had a grey top. the injector looked pretty big. also theres injectors for just the turbo and then theres one for the tuned port injection, would they probly be the same injector or not? finally does anything haveta be done to connect the injector or the side connection with the stock stuff on on the morot already? 2001 Cavy 2200

You'll be fine with 30# Cobra mustang red tops. And no, the 2200 doesn't have TPI. Get on ebay and search for 30# injectors.

what about these? 30lbs and they look like the browntops? theres no mustang redtops. otherwise if ya can take a look at advance autoparts and look at the 88 for mustang Lx fuel injectors n see if any of them look right for the 2300 motor.
