ne one have an innovative turbo wastegate. i have a mini gate and it has to threaded ports one at top for the vaccume then one on the side, but when i blow through it, it comes out the dump side. any one kno what this one is

On most wastegates with 2 ports the one on the side/bottom is the port you want to go directly to boost pressure and the one on the top is for boost control.

well if i suck on the top one it opens the diaphram, but the other just goes straight to the dump port.
