rich when cold then too lean when warm?

Okay...I am having problems getting this car to even run good with stock injectors. At first I start it up and it runs pretty rich when cold...around 12.4-12.6 on my wideband. I think thats normall cause the engine is cold. But the problem is when it warms up it goes really lean. Like 17-20 on the wideband. And no matter what fuel pressure I set it at when its warm it runs way too lean, and starts to sputter and die. Then I got a random misfire code. Why would it be running lean when it gets warm?

I really am confused about this. If it was the I.A.C. it would idle high or low or eratic no matter the temp right? Tps wouldn't have anything to do with going lean would it? I seriously have no idea what would make it lean when at operating temp. Its only when it gets to about 185. anything colder its fine. wtf?

its not fuel pump or fuel filter related cause the fuel pressure stays the same all throughout. No matter the pressure it goes lean. Any ideas?
