Well for the past few weeks my EGT and A/F gauges have been on the fritz. Ive had these gauges for over 2 years, and never had a problem with them. Then i went turbo, and started adding more gauges, and the didnt seem to like that. But the most trouble came after i added my MSD DIS 2, after that its like they dont want to work at all. By on the fritz i mean when the engine startes getting into higher RPMS's the EGT gauge beats around like a butterfly in a jar. Then sometimes it will just do it at random when im at idle. My A/F gauge likes to read like 9 bars at a time, and stops sweeping effectively, then when it does want to work, it usually tells me im running slightly lean, when the car is actually running pig rich. Ive tried a number of things to fix them, ive tried re-runing the wires to the sensors, ive changed the fuses, and which fuse i hook them up to at least a dozen times, i've changed the grounds, and im at a loss. Ive been thinking that it might be electromagnetic interference from the MSD wires coming through the wire well near the sensor wires, but i cant confirm this simply because the gauges will also freak out whenever i step on the brake or turn on a turn signal or headlights or sometimes without provication. Ive been alos thinking ive got to much draw off the battery, but my Apexi reads like 13-14V still..So im at a loss here, and as you can imagine its hard as hell tuning without my two most important gauges. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
I thought about putting this in the audio/electronics forum, but that forum just seems so geared tword speakers and such that im not sure anyone could answer my problem, besides who would know better then the guys in the boost forum, who've got most of the same crap ive got!

Mine does that too, well at least the EGT gauge not the A/F that is crap, I don't use it anymore, and you know where the yellow wires connect to the probe by those 2 little screws.
Well those acctually come to close to the ground, like a block or something and I realized that is why it does it.
Also, right in the back of the gauge fiddle with it a little it might fix the problem.

Good luck tho man, I don't think it is the MSD I had mine and it never gave me problems.
