I just want to make sure that my pressure/vaccuum lines are setup correctly, I re-did them all and made them as short as possible. It helped a little bit with the boost spike, but not enough. Here's my artistic drawing of my setup. Please let me know what you think.
okay first of all the MBC goes in between the compressor housing and the wastegate ....
seperate from everything else.....
FPR ----- FMU----BOV----BOOST GAUGE---into the VAC PORT ON THE TB or INTAKE MANI.....
They can connect in any order just make sure that the ones above are inline with each other.... using "t" connections.....
Remember the MBC goes seperate totally.... the only thing hooked up to your turbo air wise is the wastegate ---MBC----compressor side

Yeah you want your FMU hooked up to the mani. You don't want all that extra fuel being dumped in when your throttle body is shut even though your turbo might be pushing a little boost. have it so it only increases fuel pressure as the air pressure within the manifold increases
Thanks for the help guys. By having all those things T-ed off before my boost controller that could've been a contributing cause to the boost spikes I've been suffering correct? The only reason I never had my FMU ran to the intake manifold is cause I didn't think it was meant to see vacuum, but I'll try it. Thanks.
the fmu comes into action when hooked up to read the manifold pressure
when manifold pressure goes from Vaccuum to boost the fmu raises (depending on kindof FMU) with a ratio of 1:1, 4:1, 6:1, 8:1, or like a cartech adjustable 12:1 and adjustable between those parameters....
Good luck....

Exactly how Lee put it, Vacuum wont affect it in the least, its only ment to see the positive pressure of boost. I dont know why im re-iterating Lee, he's a wealth of great turbo knowledge, but i just wanted to contribute damnit!
haha thats funny.....
Thanks I guess...

Thank guys, Is it alright to tap off the pressure line feeding my BOV? Or should I just tap into my boost gauge to be safe?

the --- indicates a connection...... so they all go together
Good luck
