I just want to know which one is better to turbo a 2.2 or a 3400 motor because right now I got a stock 2.2 motor in my sunfire.

But you're not asking what to do for the motor swap (and if you do, you're just going to geta link anyway). You're asking if you should do the swap, and then you're saying that you don't want to keep the 4. Why ask if your minhd is already made up?
