I'm currently running the GM blower in my 01 Z24 with the embree 2.7" pulley and cooling mist set-up, methanol and water mix. If I went to the 2.6 pulley are any other mods necessary? I've been running about 13-13.5 on my EGT at about 65-70. Thanks
youd need bigger injectors, upgraded fuel pump (walbro 255) and smaller pulley of course.
why?^ with the 2.7" pulley and no water injection my a\f was 12.7-12.9 WOT on a 75* day.... ive now have a 2.5" pulley and waterinjection and it still smokes black as hell when i get on it.
no fule mods at all.

mine runs mid 13's and is giving me problems , it notice a bucking sensation with the fuel pressure set at 50psi idle
i bumped the idle pressure up , not sure where cause my fuel presure gauge is now reading funny , but it got rid of the bucking i felt
if i have time im going to put the 39lb injectors in and see if they help out , so i can lower the idle fuel pressure

id difinetly run larger injectors with a smaller pulley , the 39lb should be plenty with the smaller pulley , and still keep me on the rich side

mine did that too, but the 'bumping' was spark knock. the cooling mist got rid of all of that.
and thats with a 2.5" pulley, stock fuel pump, and GM SC injectors.

my gauge didnt register any spark retard when that happened
thats why i thought it was odd
