So.... Sept 15...... It's my Birthday
I decided that I need a 3" turbo back Mandrel Bend exhaust done with a side exit 3" tip in front of the rear driver side tire........ running JUST A CAT.............
I dynoed in at 212.3 WHP and 222.8 FT/LBS of torque last time with serious slipping clutch
........ @ 8.7 psi....
Done some tuning since.... Now @ 10 psi............. and picking up the car tomorrow morning from the exhaust shop.........Probably going to go get a dyno when I pick it up .......

So I get to the exhaust shop this morning.... and the guys there had wide open eyes and wide open mouths..... I got there.... they said.... with the speechless expression..... THATS F*$KING LOUD !!!!!!
so I fired it up....
It's raining...... so I can't get my dyno done today......... Straight pipe no cat, no muffler....... I was going to use it like that till I get my 3" cat (in the mail)...... but it was so loud....... so I bought a 3" Resonator........
I must say.... I have NEVER been treated as well as I was treated by any shop ever....
Pipes Performance Exhaust...... In scarborough, Ontario ... On Upton road...... if you want PERFECT exhaust system....... go there and talk to pete, he'll HOOK you up !!!!
Anyways The car is MUCH faster.... it IS raining out so traction is not happening.... but I was spinning the tires in 5th gear.... when I just touch the gas...... at like 60 km/hr....
You can hear the whistle of the turbo from the exhaust..... it sounds AMAZING.....
I hate to say it but it sounds like a Muscle Car.......... Loud, Deep Growl.....
I will have pics on a nicer day and some sweet videos.........
WOW.... again, is all I can say about the Quality.... Craftsmanship, and how I was treated.

oh ya and as you can see from my sig.......... 2450 lbs..... now just dropped to 2395lbs....... No muffler and no cat with only half the length of pipe..... makes huge difference in weight!!

I know what you mean. My turbo 2.2 with a 3 inch downpipe, no cat, and no muffler sounds badass at idle and it screams at full throttle.

2450lbs ??? how.... Stock weight is like 2700lbs or around that... so yea i am wondering how you lost all that weight too....
And also how much hp/tq do you think you are around because to spin them in 5th even in the rain is kind of hard to believe and even more so when you say "they spining when you just touch the gas"
not even our 400hp/ 400lbs/tq T/A can do that

Loud and free-flowing, yet emissions legal I would assume. Plus, it doesn't hurt to keep those ice caps around a little longer

I'll post pics of my interior... well whats left of it...... I have nothing in the car.... 100% gutted...... lightened Flywheel, No a/c, no Power steering, NO INTERIOR.......
and no exhaust..... pretty much.....
Not emissions legal yet..... Getting my cat next week..........

I race at a local track and they have a scale there my car weighed in at 2500 with the passenger seat removed, but otherwise full interior and no spare/jack (the lil crap)
those are some nice times tho
I can't wait to see it under 10psi =)

if you subtract 2395lbs from 2700lbs you get 305 lbs.... I took out 305 lbs......
