Im in the process of a turbo setup for the sunfire and i was just wondering if its possible to get to the fuel pump from under the rear seat? My buddies avenger has an access panel under his rear seat which reveals the fuel pump after some bolts and stuff. I know comparing a gm to a mitsu. built car is unheard of but i wanted to know if our cars have a similar process or does the gas tank have to get dropped?
I didn't see one down there when I dropped my tank and I'm pretty sure there isn't one. If you don't drop your tank you won't have room to work with the pump.
