even a 54 trim T3 with a .48 exhaust a/r can push 10 psi. That's the stock size off a lot of newer Saabs. Those cars run 10 to 11 bone stock. And there's always additional work that can be performed on a turbocharger, such as porting housings, clipping fins etc. The basic turbo that comes with a few kits for Cavaliers is the T3 Super 60 which is slightly larger. That turbo is good for about 12 psi. But if you should go for more boost, I'd recommend something like a T3/T4 hybrid.
