I have the GM Blower on my 98 Vert and am wondering about benefits, both power and saftey, of the cooling mist kit. I am running the 2.7" pulley and getting 6 - 7 PSI consistantly. Here is the kit I was looking at

Now how does the thing work, is it always on when the car is on, or under boost.

Is it better for my engine?

Will it make the car faster?

Whats the Install like?

install is easy if you know how to read directions.

i added a on/ off power switch. that was easy.

it comes with a boost switch set to 10 psi (1-25psi boost switch) just hook up a boost source to it and it will activate the system at your desired PSI, when it drops below that set psi the system turns off. you can adjust the switch. the site tells you how.

it will make your car faster. , intake temps drop, and it helps detnation.

i will be running a mix of distilled water and HEET in the yellow bottle. i am currently using windshield washer fluid.

i mounted my tank in the trunk and with the pump too.
